Meet Paul Crow, the 4th President/CEO of Tuttle Services. With a strong background in construction management, Paul has made a lasting impact on our company’s growth. A graduate of Perry High School, Apollo Career Center, and Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Construction Management. Paul joined Tuttle in 1995 as the director of design/build services. Through his strategic leadership, he quickly rose to become vice president in 2000 and later took on the role of President/CEO of Tuttle Services in 2010. Paul stepped down from President/CEO in 2022 and is currently the executive chairman.
Paul’s commitment to strengthening the Tuttle brand is evident in the implementation of Tuttle company trucks, proudly displaying our logo as they navigate construction sites. He has also prioritized equipping our dedicated construction workers with the tools and equipment they need to excel. Paul takes great pride in the company’s achievements. He believes the company has an exceptional pool of talent and a strong equity base. He finds great joy in witnessing Tuttle’s continued success and looks forward to the bright future of the company.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul fosters camaraderie with the field staff through activities like fishing, golfing, hunting, and shooting. His hands-on approach and genuine care contribute to the close-knit Tuttle family. He shares his life with his wife, Dawn, and is a proud father of three daughters: Ashley, Chelsea, and Emily. Their family has expanded with the addition of six precious grandchildren. Paul is also an active member of the Lima Community; he has been on the board for the Lima Chamber, Lima Rotary, Lima Kiwanis, Lima Heartchase, Artspace, and Allen County Council on Aging (ACCOA). He is a former president of AGC of Ohio and the West Central AGC of Ohio. As a former graduate of Apollo Career Center, he has been inducted to the Apollo Hall of Fame.
