Tuttle Corporate Headquarters

About

We are excited to present a noteworthy addition to Tuttle Construction’s corporate headquarters, highlighting our commitment to sustainable building practices. Following an unfortunate gas explosion that caused the leveling of our corporate office on January 18, 2008, Tuttle Construction swiftly embarked on a mission to construct a new, cutting-edge facility within an impressive timeframe.  Our sister company, Touchstone CPM  is also headquartered in this building.

By the end of the same year, we unveiled our new two-story office building. This impressive structure spans 13,800 square feet and boasts a modern design incorporating a combination of brick, stone, and glass elements. However, what truly sets it apart is our unwavering focus on sustainable construction and environmentally friendly features.

On August 28, 2009, our commitment to sustainability was recognized with LEED Gold Certification from the United States Green Building Council. Throughout the construction process, we prioritized the use of recycled materials, minimizing our environmental impact. Our meticulous selection of lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems ensures maximum energy efficiency and minimal waste.

As you step into the building, you’ll be greeted by a striking lobby featuring bamboo flooring—a rapidly renewable material that exemplifies our dedication to sustainable resources. The facility encompasses a basement with a fire-resistant vault, an executive conference room, a spacious 50-seat large conference room, two kitchen/copy room areas, five thoughtfully designed restrooms, and 27 meticulously crafted offices.

Completing this ambitious project in just eleven months was a testament to the expertise and collaborative efforts of our dedicated team. We are immensely proud of earning LEED Gold Certification, which recognizes our commitment to sustainability and responsible construction. We shared our knowledge and expertise, offering informative tours throughout that year to educate and inspire others to embrace sustainable construction practices.
